♦ For international shipments, we ship the least expensive insured service. Total charges, insurance, tax, duty and additional paperwork will be charged to your credit card or paid by wire transfer.
♦ Stands On Display reserves the right to prosecute anyone that copies or duplicates all or any part of its steel adjustable stands (patent pending).
RETURN AND DAMAGE CLAIMS POLICY
(All returns are made to our Florida warehouse)
Returns:
♦ Stands On Display accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from the USE of any display stand.
♦ If merchandise is to be returned, us at standsondisplay@yahoo.com for a return authorization number within 10 days of ship date. The return authorization number must be on the outside of the box(es) of the shipment being sent back. Returns are allowed at the discretion of Stands On Display (SZQ Designs) and are at customers expense. Returned merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. Custom items are not returnable.
♦ A 15% restocking fee will apply for all stands returned that are not damaged. Damaged or used stands that are returned will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Damage Claims:
All merchandise is carefully packaged and inspected before shipping. Upon acceptance of the shipment, the carrier assumes the responsibility for safe delivery. If you receive a shipment from us with damaged merchandise (including concealed damage) please do as follows:
- Please accept the shipment in its entirety, including the damaged cartons and email Stands On Display within 24 hours to report damages.
- Retain all shipping cartons and packing materials for inspection by the carrier.
- Call UPS at 800 742 5877 immediately to request an inspection and pick-up of the merchandise. The carrier has final decision on the claim and Stands On Display assumes no responsibility for damages incurred by carrier or recipient.
